Spice Blends for India's most popular curries or dishes
Korma Masala  (spice Blend)or Curry Blend This is a typical Mughlai or Hyderabadi dish made with almonds or cashews or coconut Blend. It is mildly spicy and preserved in oil. It is convenient and easy to make, with the recipe for Chicken Korma given on the pack. It is also good for all kinds of vegetables and meats.

Channa Masala (spice Blend) or Chola Masala or Curry Blend Channa Masala or Chick pea or Garbanzo curry quickly becomes a favorite of most who try it.  This is a great dish from the region of Punjab.

Sambhar Masala (spice Blend) or South Indian Lentil Spice Blend - Sambhar is a lentil soup like dish from South India.  It is used to dunk an idli in or on rice or with a dosa (pancake).

Biryani Masala or Spice Blend - This Blend is traditionally used for Biryani recipes, which combine meat, fish or poultry baked together with rice in a pot. It is typical of the Andhra Pradesh region of India

Tandoori Blend - For this Blend we have combined ginger, garlic, cumin ,coriander and other aromatic spices with lemon juice. Perfect in a marinade for grilled or barbecued Tandoori or Chicken Makhani dishes. Tandoori dishes are great served with warmed buttered naans, chappati and other flat breads and a crisp salad.

Vindaloo Masala or Curry Spice Blend The traditional Vindaloo from Goa can be easily prepared with this thick red Blend made of rich spices and coriander which impart a spicy ,tangy taste and fragrant aroma. The Recipe suggestion for making the curry is given on the pack. Good with vegetables

Spice Blends for Main Ingredients
Vegetable Masala
(spice Blend) or Curry Blend This is traditionally a North Indian seasoning where the spices are cooked for a long time to let their flavor and aroma fill the dish. Usually used for dishes to give them a dry spicy flavor.

Meat (spice Blend) Curry Blend - Tomato and cardamom are at the heart of this medium spicy sauce dish from the Kashmir region of India. Traditionally made with lamb (Josh or Gosht means lamb), Rogan Josh is equally delicious with chicken, beef or vegetables like potatoes, mushrooms, cauliflower and cheese like paneer and tofu.

Chicken (spice Blend) Masala or Curry Blend - A blend to make chicken

Seafood Masala (spice Blend) or Curry Blend - A classical blend for seafood

Egg or Tofu (spice Blend) Masala or Curry Blend - A classical blend for eggs, seafood, mushrooms or paneer (Indian cheese)
